Medical diet got the name because it applies to patients who suffer from heart diseases, before surgery, should weaken, and yet not lose power.

With this diet in five days, you can lose two to five, and 15 days from 10 to 15 kg. In doing so you will not feel exhausted and weak because diet ensures sufficient intake of vitamins and minerals. Medical diet is repeated three times in five days. If you want to lose more weight after every 15 days of the diet have to do 15-day break even then again to continue with a special diet.

-First day :

Breakfast: Orange, four biscuits , a cup of unsweetened coffee or tea.

Lunch: orange, boiled egg, half a cup of yogurt.

Dinner: two tomatoes , two boiled eggs, cucumber or lettuce.

-Second day :

Breakfast: Orange, four biscuits , a cup of unsweetened coffee or tea.

Lunch: orange, boiled egg, half a cup of yogurt.

Dinner: hamburger ( 125g minced meat), orange , tomato, four biscuits , a cup of unsweetened coffee or tea.

-Third day

Breakfast: Orange, four biscuits, a cup of unsweetened coffee or tea.

Lunch: orange, boiled egg, half a cup of yogurt, lettuce or two cucumbers, unsweetened drinks.

Dinner: hamburger (125g minced beef), Orange, four biscuits, a cup of unsweetened coffee or tea.

-Fourth day

Breakfast: Orange, four biscuits, a cup of unsweetened coffee or tea.

Lunch: 125 g low-fat cheese, tomato, four biscuits.

Dinner: hamburger (125g beef), four biscuits, two tomatoes, apples.

-Fifth day

Breakfast: Orange, four biscuits, a cup of unsweetened coffee or tea.

Lunch: 200 grams of fish or chicken, four biscuits, tomato.

Dinner: 500 grams of boiled vegetables, boiled egg, tomato.

If you practice this diet , you should know that meat and cooked vegetables can be seasoned with spices, hamburgers to bake in a Teflon pan, fresh tomato you can replace it with cooked .

The products of this diet should be consumed in precise amounts and order as stated . Meals should not be skipped.
